Shipping & Handling:
While we try to get the package in the mail ASAP, please allow 2 business days for handling while it is being processed. The USPS is the carrier that we use most often. International customers are responsible for all customs costs and extra shipping charges.
Returns:
Our customers have 30 days from the time the package arrives to return the item. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs. There are no re-stocking fees. Returned items that are brand new must be unopened. If an item arrives broken or damaged, please contact us immediately, preferably with a picture of the damage, so we can refund or replace the item.
