ExcelAir ASHRAE Cell Air Filters 24x24x12 (Actual Size: 23 3/8 x 23 3/8 x 11 1/2 Inch) are robust & compact designed to meet or exceeds ASHRAE MERV Rating 14 or EN779 (EU) Specs rating of F8, 95% Efficiency @ 0.3 micron particle size. The ASHRAE Cell Air Filters are suitable for VAV (Variable Air Volume) systems. The ExcelAir ASHRAE Cell Air Filter meets UL Classified fire rating specs for USA and Canada.

ExcelAir ASHRAE Cell Filters are scan tested individually per EN779 ensuring leak proof performance. The quality and performance are guaranteed to achieve the best results. The maximum operating temperature range is 194 deg F (90 deg C) with Final Pressure Drop of 1.40 Inch WG (recommended).

ASHRAE Cell Filters are made from Micro Fine Glass Fiber filter media and can be used in diverse conditions including 100% humidity and turbulent or VAV systems. Higher durability ensures fewer change outs than Pocket or Rigid Cell filters.  articulates, reduce the pressure drop and will increase the filter lifetime. The ExcelAir ASHRAE Cell filters are designed to meet the international and LEED – Green Building specs and tested as per ASHRAE Spec 52.2 for MERV rating 14 or EN 779 for F8 grade.  The rigid construction and fiber glass media eliminates fiber shedding and prevents unloading of dust due to media oscillation. Well designed and made with quality approved materials to achieve the best performance and results.
